So I've been obsessing over the French lately. As I was saying in my last post. Coincidentally, months ago, I bought a dress, this dress, last minute from Asos.com.
I was in terrible need for a frock fit for an evening cocktail/soiree/afterwork event and when I tried it on - it made me weak in the knees. So chic, no?
Sadly, I haven't had the need to wear it again... But it's such an amazingly designed dress that it will always have room in my Tiny Closet - even if I only wear it once a year. It also goes perfectly in line with my new Serge Gainsbourg obsession and my love for French style. Quite perfectly! And as you already see, I am still riding out this wave.

I used to live two blocks from this beautiful cafe. I thought it would be the perfect place to play dress up, take some photos, and briefly act out my fantasy of being a mysterious, chic French woman having espresso and a cigarette. And yes, my lungs were slightly harmed in the making of this post. C'est la vie.
This merlot lip color, I've had for ages. It's by M.A.C. and it's a matte finish if you're curious. Unfortunately, the name of this color has long faded and I can't remember what it's called :(
